March and April came and went so fast. We had some great times in March and April and I feel bad I was so lax in getting the pictures posted. We attended our granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Kenzie's, school music program. We so enjoyed it. It makes Rick and I sad when we think that we may not be able to attend any more since they are moving away. Such darling granddaughters and growing up way too fast!
Later in March, I traveled to Eric and Joy's home. Eric had a spring break (his last break for a while because of beginning medical rotations soon - so it was a good time to go visit). We spent 4 days at a timeshare in Northwest Virginia and one of those days Eric and Joy took me to DC. My first trip there! I am actually the last one in our immediate family to visit there. Rick and our kids have each gone. So it was a real treat and especially since we went during the Cherry Blossom festival. So beautiful! I loved it. I had a great time with Eric and Joy, Olivia and little Landon.
In April, we had a wonderful visit with our daughter, Stephanie, her boys, Noah and Cooper and little Eden. She and the kids flew in for a week. The boys sure kept grandpa entertained and we had alot of fun taking them places. And it was especially fun for Grandma to hold and play with little Eden since I hadn't seen her since she was 1 1/2 months old. She is such a little doll! So beautiful!
So as you can see the months were fun.....We are looking forward to the next month for the birth of a new grandson (Matthew and Katie's)...actually with in the next week or two. Looking forward to meeting him and seeing his two big brothers!
Now to move on to May, June, July and August....a lot of catching up to do!
